How to order your items

　　To order your items, simply email us the item number and your requirement. T/T in advance through bank and credit card payment options are available. Upon order confirmation and payment you will receive an email confirming order, payment, shipping and GST costs. 　　Orders will be shipped to countries outside China within 15 working days around of receiving order confirmation and full payment. You will be notified via email if delays are expected. For urgent deliveries please email Wingstex Home Decoration prior to order.International shipments are shipped via air courier,air freight and by sea. International postal charges for international air freight,pls email Wingstex Home Decoration .Wingstex Home Decoration is not responsible for lost or damaged post/ shipments.Shipping costs are not included in the item price. Shipping costs will be applied at the checkout process.

　　About cushion cover inserts

　　Cushion Cover inserts are not supplied with your order (to keep postage costs down). Wingstex Home Decoration are standard sizes to suit standard filling inserts. You can re-used your existing cushion cover inserts or purchase from any major retailer (Target, Pillow Talk, Myer, David Jones, Kmart).
